Villa Tropico is located in a Resort on the south-eastern shore of the Dominican Republic. It is a luxurious 7,000-acre oceanfront resort community, offering world-class golf courses including world class Golf Courses. It also has a polo and equestrian centre, skeet shooting center, tennis center, spa & wellness center, beaches, restaurants, an artist village, and a Marina.
You will have access to all these facilities with a daily resort fee of $25 per person/night (ages 12 and over), $12 per person/night (ages 4-12). Children under 4 years old do not require to pay a resort fee.
Villa Tropico is one of our favorite properties, located in the prime area of Punta Minitas and offering stunning views of Minitas Beach and Minitas Bay. Designed by renowned Italian architect Gianfranco Fini, famed for his work on Casa de Campo's marina, inspired by Porto Rotondo in Italy, this villa embodies brightness, elegance, and modern sophistication.
The villa features eight beautifully appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully divided into three main areas to provide both privacy and convenience. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated in soothing tones, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. At the heart of the home lies a spacious living room, perfect for family gatherings and relaxation, alongside an entertainment area designed for both adults and children to enjoy.
Two of the bedrooms are luxurious master suites. One is located on the top floor with private balconies that offer breathtaking views, while the second is on the ground floor for easy access. The other six guest rooms are spread across the top and ground levels, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest.
Villa Tropico also offers a variety of amenities to enhance your stay, including a game room with a pool table and a cozy family room for relaxing together. Designed to capture the refreshing ocean breeze, the villa features a private deck for unwinding outdoors. To complete the experience, the property includes an exclusive small private beach, adding to the villa’s irresistible charm.
