Villa Rayol Canadel is a 5 bedroom villa located between the towns of Hyeres and Saint Tropez on the French Riviera. This beautiful villa has views from almost every room. Guests will enjoy the private infinity pool which can be heated and Jacuzzi along with all of the terraces where it is possible to eat or just relax in the sun. The villa is about 200m2 with a garden that is 1,300m2. Villa Rayol Canadel is fully air conditioned and is located 10 minutes walk from the village of Rayol Canadel and only 15 minutes walk from the beach. Villa Rayol Canadel is laid out on 3 levels. The first level is next to the pool. On this level you will be able to enjoy the infinity pool and jacuzzi and sit back and relax on the terrace. There is a pool house where you will find a fridge, expresso machine, and a stereo to enjoy music. There is a shower next to the pool and of course on the terrace there are several lounge chairs and tables.
On the second floor is the indoor living space with a living room that has a flat screen TV and a fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a pantry with plenty of space for food. Guests can enjoy their meals on the balcony and terrace. There is an outdoor table for up to 12 guests. Guests may also choose to use the barbeque.
There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The master suite is on this level with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower and separate toilet. This bedroom has a walk in closet.
Finally, there is a separate toilet for guests.
On the 3rd floor you will find the other 4 bedrooms. The first three bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower. There are two separate toilets. All of these bedrooms have a TV. The 4th bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a queen size bed upon request. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower and terrace. All of the bedrooms have closets.
