Villa Marina is a lovely villa for up to 14 guests located right on the Adriatic Sea. The villa has its own private path down to the water where you can swim in the beautiful Adriatic water! Villa Marina has 7 bedrooms and plenty of spacious areas to accommodate all guests both inside the villa and outside the villa.
You will love the private pool along with the sea views that will be ever changing depending on the time of the day. Villa Marina is a perfect option for large families or groups of friends traveling together. The villa is only 2 kilometers from the town of Corsano.

1st Level: The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, a dining room with a table with seating for 10-12 people, fireplace and sea view and a living room with sofas, armchairs, a table and a fireplace. Next to the living room there is a terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a table with seating where it is possible to have lunch or dinner with the fragrances of the garden and a view of the Adriatic sea. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms with shower, a third bathroom is for the use of the other two bedrooms.
There is also access from the living room, on one side, to a large lodge equipped with a table and chairs and, on the other side, to a beautiful terrace with sea view, equipped with sofas and armchairs.
2nd Level: external stairs lead down to the second floor where there are a further 3 bedrooms, two are twin bedrooms. All of these rooms have independent access to the garden. A corridor leads to a large bathroom/shower. The property is equipped with a washing machine. A shaded stone path which crosses through the pines, leads down to the sea. There is a concrete platform, which is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and an umbrella. The pool with sea view and equipped area, is located on the back of the villa. The property offers shaded parking for two/three cars.
Please note: access to the sea and part of the garden are shared with the dépendance, Villa Marina, located on the same property, and which could be occupied by the owner or other clients. Barbecue is not allowed. Barbeque is not allowed because of the density of vegetation that surrounds the villa and the risk of forest fires.
Villa Marina, which is a small house for 4 guests is also on this property. This means that if it is also rented, there could be others sharing the sea access with the main villa.
