Villa Eze Big Blue Estate can accommodate up to 10 more guests in 5 ensuite bedrooms with 3 king size beds and 2 queen size beds. Two extra twin beds can be added to two of the bedrooms upon request.
The Villa is located in the middle of the Bay of Eze in a very safe and residential area. The property is nestled in a beautiful, quiet, residential area below Eze Village which is one of the most scenic stretches of the French Riviera between Nice and Monte Carlo.
Villa Eze Big Blue is composted of a large open-plan living room with modern and fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the terrace. There are five ensuite bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms + five ensuite bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms for the extension. There is an immense rooftop terrace and parking for 4 vehicles (2 extra cars can be parked on private street a cul-de-sac).
On the Main Level you will find an entry, the infinity pool with panoramic view, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom and sea views. The dining room and open kitchen are also on the main level. A guest bathroom guest toilette completes this floor.
On the Lower level are the 4 remaining ensuite bedrooms all with panoramic views. There is also a bar area and a laundry room and fitness center.
