The combined living area of this 19th-century mansion and its annexe is 540 m2. Nestled at the doorstep of the Jura and in the heart of Southern Burgundy, Villa Delphinus enjoys an exceptional location. There's nowhere better for those seeking a quiet vacation with the sounds of birdsong filling the air. 
Six opulent and roomy bedrooms with six "en suite" bathrooms, a fitness centre, a sauna, a steam room, a "cosy" living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchen are all features of Villa Delphinus. The kitchen has direct access to the pool terrace, making it possible for you to enjoy your outdoor meals with lots of conversation.
A large parking courtyard that can hold six to eight cars is accessible upon entering the domain and is guarded by a charming old steal-style gate. 
Amateurs of "pétanque" will find a lovely courtyard on the side of the Villa to be the perfect location.
The 5 by 10 metre heated swimming pool and large terrace are located in the park behind the villa. The 4.000 square metre gardens, which include a 100-year-old wallnut tree, will be a fantastic location for kids' games.

There is a 19th-century fireplace in both the dining room and the living room. With an electric fireplace system, you can enjoy cosy evenings by the fire with loved ones or friends without having to deal with the hassle of carrying wood or starting the fire. We provide wood for the open fireplace in the dining room.The "Chesterfield type" sofas and tranquil decor will make the loungen very comfortable. A touch of authenticity is added by the antique tiles and the 'à la française' decorated ceiling.
Evenings filled with entertainment are guaranteed with a Playstation 3, a blu-ray DVD player, and a large screen HD television with satellite channels.

The dining room is furnished in a "hunting villa style" and features a magnificent fireplace, old tiles, and a ceiling in the French style. Up to 12 persons can be seated at the dining table. The sideboard holds the glasses, crockery, and cutlery that Sylvia has chosen with care.
Near the dining table, there is a breakfast nook equipped with an electric kettle, George Clooney's preferred "Nespresso" coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker, and a Senseo coffee maker. The villa kitchen is fully equipped including : an oven, a microwave oven, a hob with 4 rings plus extractor fan, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer, an extra small refrigerator, a toaster...

A laundry room is available with wash machine and dryer. There is also an iron and board. Washing liquid for the wash machine is provided.

Lovely house, especially the comfy bedrooms and the superb pool, trampoline and other play facilities. We particularly enjoyed the massage and facials that Julie the beautician gave us on Tuesday. Also the wine tasting evening with François was great fun (the combination of good wine, François's english and our french kept everyone very happy !!). Beaune is a good day out too. We have had an excellent holiday here at the Villa. Facilities are wonderful. The swimming-pool was appreciated by everybody from the youngest grandchild (4 months) to the grandparents. Tabletennis, petanque, swings, football and trampoline were all well used as was the playstation. The welcome from the owner was excellent and we found many of your suggestions and recommendations very helpful. An excellent base for touring the vineyards, and we were really blessed with the weather.

Our group of 10 had a fabulous week here at the Villa. The house was fantastic, comfortable, attractive and in a very peaceful setting. From here we were able to explore the vineyards of Cote d'Or, of Château-Chalon and Dijon.
