The remaining two acres are inhabited by orchards, olive groves, and woods. The estate cellar, located nearby, produces the Prosecco DOCG 2 Castelli, olive oil, and other delicious products, all available for tasting and purchase. This newly built villa has a lot to offer; wonderful views of the surrounding hills and the area of Conegliano, a year-round heated pool with whirlpool and water fountain, a large wooden pergola furnished with table, chairs, barbecue, and an outdoor kitchen area accented in marble. The interior spaces are roomy and bright, decorated in a \"country chic\" style with neutral colors, natural materials (such as stone and wood), bleached wooden beams, comfortable furniture, and interesting art pieces. Villa Aurelia is the perfect venue to discover the delights of the Veneto Hills region.
This spacious villa is approximately 5400 sq. feet and is comprised of three floors. On the ground floor is the luminous living area with bleached wooden beams, fireplace, 60\" TV, an elegant dining room with seating for up to 12 guests, and a complete and modern kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, utensils). Situated on the first and second floors are the six double bedrooms and one singe bedroom, each with its own bathroom. One of the suites has a Jacuzzi bathtub installed right at the foot of the bed, allowing guests the opportunity for a relaxing soak. All rooms are richly detailed and carefully decorated, offering a perfect balance of elegance and simplicity.

The city of Treviso (about 40 km away) is the local center of art and culture. Throughout the year its offerings include international exhibitions, music, dance, and theater shows. The city is famous for its physical beauty (a convergence of several rivers), and for monuments with great architectural value and importance. Treviso is also an ideal destination for shopping (on elegant Calmaggiore street) and for restaurants featuring local delicacies. A day spent here is highly recommended!
