Tourmaline Villas are a secluded enclave comprised of three 8,000 square-foot, five-bedroom villas, each situated on a different elevation and surrounded by lush landscaping for maximum privacy, yet angled to maximize views of the breathtaking Sir Francis Drake Channel. A separate Concierge House is located on the property to provide attentive guest services at every turn. Guests have the rare option of renting more than one villa, or even all three, to accommodate large gatherings of up to 36 people in one private enclave. Tourmaline\'s private Beach Park is the ideal setting for destination weddings and small meetings.

A dream home away from home can best describe the feeling of a Tourmaline beachfront villa. Use of local stonework, rich hardwoods, travertine marble and 30-foot vaulted ceilings surrounded by lush landscape are hallmark features of the property. Each villa is designed with a private waterfront infinity pool with unobstructed views of the Drake Channel, gourmet kitchen and inside and outside dining areas for group gatherings. With three elegant master suites, one double room and one studio, each villa accommodates up to 12 guests or family members in its own 8,000 sq.ft open air living space.

Tourmaline Villas offer an on-site concierge to coordinate all services necessary to make your stay a most enjoyable one. From coordinating boat excursions along Sir Francis Drake channel to a champagne sunset cruise, or coordinating in-villa services providing you full support when you need it. Services available upon request include spa treatments, private chef, babysitting, wine/grocery shopping, and additional housekeeping (daily housekeeping is included in the rental price). Government tax and Service Charge are included in the price.

Chef service is available for $130 per person per day, food included.

A Azimut 62-foot power yacht and a Tiara 36-foot cruising yacht are available for rental exclusively to Tourmaline guests for private exploration of Virgin Gorda�s geographic splendor and that of the neighboring islands in the B.V.I. chain.

Amenities include: A movie library, Wi-Fi Internet access, portable office, children\'s cribs, 42� LCD TV with satellite cable, and DVD players.

Tourmaline Villas features comfortable spacious areas and ample balconies with spectacular ocean views. A distinguishing feature of the Tourmaline experience is located in the spa suite: open, yet completely sheltered marble bath areas with separate outdoor shower rooms. The villas can accommodate up to 12 guests each with three master bedrooms (each with king bed), a double bedroom (with two queen beds), and a studio bedroom (with king bed). All the bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms, offering Jacuzzi bathtubs and Bulgari toiletries. The fully-equipped, professional grade kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, double refrigerator, wine cooler, ice maker, coffee maker, and Rosenthal china.

A minimum of 10 days is required between December 16 and January 10.

The Tourmaline Villas are located on the scenic western coast of Virgin Gorda overlooking the scenic Drake Channel. The island has been called the �jewel of the Caribbean� by leading travel magazines for its sophistication, pristine beaches and privacy. Conde Nast Traveler ranked it the best island in the Caribbean, Bermuda, and the Bahamas in its 2007 World�s Best Awards. As part of the British Virgin Island archipelago, a valid passport is required for entry into the Island.

Visitors fly in to the Tortola airport and either take a small plane to the airport on the island, or take a 20 minute water taxi ride to the estate.

Best place to stay in Virgin Gorda!! Wouldn't stay anywhere else. The homes were beautiful and made you feel right at home with even more luxuries. We had our own private beach that was clean with comfortable lounge chairs. The coolers were always filled with drinks of our choice. Great service! The concierge was great! We asked and he answered. Rooms were cleaned and laundry done for us. We had spa services, yoga classes, private chefs, any water sports- all brought to us if we chose. We felt we were in paradise and we were so relaxed we never wanted to leave.

We took our family of 6 adults and 2 youngsters (12 & 10) for a week on BVI Gorda staying at the exquisite Villa. The Villa was more than what we expected, from the accommodations, location, daily staff, William the property manager and Gino rental manager every wish we asked was fulfilled. We had chefs come in to cook a couple gourmet island meals, (so good), and a singer to entertain one evening. Boat trips, snorkeling, scuba dives and exploring local places, all available, and worth ones time. The color of the water is exactly what the advertisements for the villa display. Only one thing wrong with our trip, it wasn't long enough

This is my second trip to the Villa. I will go back over and over again. The property is stunning, the villas are equisitely decorated and are appointed with the finest of everything, the beach and water are pristine. For a vacation filled with watersports and relaxing on the beach, I couldn't pick a better spot. The villas are large enough (5 bedrooms, each with spacious living spaces and fabulous bathrooms) to accomodate corporate functions or familys. The kitchen, dining and family rooms are huge and welcoming. The back of the villa is completely open to a negative edge pool and perfect view of the ocean. Each room sports a hammock and covered patio. Just lovely for snuggling, sleeping or reading. I can't wait to go again!!!!

The villas are amazing! There is unlikely any better getaway in the BVI --- beautiful sunsets, a fabulous beach, a relaxed atmosphere, and crystal clear water. The furnishings are top notch combined with great personal service by an attentive staff. The hammocks and the unique beach bed make for an unbelievable experience. Highly recommended for a family getaway to the BVI! "GB, USA" Our family spent Christmas at the villa and it was the best! There were eight of us in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. We stayed in Villa 1 and my favorite place was sitting in the infinity pool looking out at the water -- best view of my life. We spent many hours on the beach just relaxing and making memories. We also spent one day island hopping and the consensus from all was that it was the best day of our lives. A vacation at this property is a wonderful experience and the villas are spacious and truly beautiful.
