Description
Scicli Estate is an exclusive residence located in the countryside on the southeastern coast of Sicily. The property consists of three independent villas, each with a private garden and terrace, and a large, shared swimming pool. The estate is enclosed in a dry-stone wall and is immersed in luxurious and evocative surroundings that includes an expansive green lawn, carob and majestic ancient olive trees. Situated on a single floor, the interior of the villas are well-organized, warm and welcoming. A perfect blend of past and present is highlighted with pastel colors, soft lighting and natural fibers. Sunny and peaceful, this estate is a perfect oasis of tranquility for families traveling together, reunions, company retreats, weddings or anniversary celebrations. The beautiful beaches of Sampieri, Donnalucasta, Punta Secca and Marina di Ragusa with its restaurants, bars and cafes, are all just a short drive away. Also within an hours' drive are the fishing villages of Portopalo and Marzamemi, the nature reserve of Vendicari, and the splendid baroque towns of the Val di Noto of Modica, Ragusa Ibia, Noto, and Syracuse.
All three villas have the same layout and feature a large living/dining room furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, a well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, toaster, dishwasher), three double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with basin, WC and shower.
