Santo Estate - Villa Opera and Villa Preciosa is the combination of two villas located on the sane Estate 300 metres from ech other which combined can accommodate up to 36 people.
VILLA OPERA:
Villa Opera is truly a work of art. Located in the center of a large working estate where they still produce grains, it\'s a large and grand villa rental surrounded by gardens and forest, including centuries-old cypress trees. A traditional 2-story stone structure originally built as a nobleman\'s hunting lodge, the villa is divided into two levels, each with a completely separate entrance. Altogether Villa Opera is an immense 670 square meters, almost 7000 square feet. The main entrance is at ground level and the upstairs is by an external stone staircase. Interiors have been fully renovated and modernized without compromising the traditional Tuscan features of terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, and archways. The villa consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, a family/TV/game room, 12 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The large terrace, equipped with table and chairs for dining al fresco, overlooks the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The large pool is in a sunny location with the same breathtaking views of the rolling hills. Just 10 minutes away from Monteroni d\'Arbia where you\'ll find restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a supermarket and sports complex with tennis courts.
Villa Opera is a huge and grand villa of almost 7000 square feet. It\'s on a large working estate in the central Tuscan countryside just 3 kilometers from the charming medieval village of Vescovado di Murlo where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and a bar. The ground floor level is approximately 3500 square feet. The first large living room is divided by arches into several alcoves for conversation centers. The other living room has a cozy fireplace and is equipped with a stereo. There\'s a formal dining room and a more informal breakfast room, with a family room besides with TV and game table. The kitchen is very well-equipped with modern appliances including a 6 burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and clothes washer. Two half baths complete this level. A grand wooden staircase leads to the upstairs wing, which is approximately 1000 square feet. It includes 3 queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, and 4 full bathrooms with shower, of which one is ensuite. The external stone stairway takes you to the main upstairs wing which is approximately 2500 square feet in area. The spacious and lovely living room has TV and VCR. The large terrace is approximately 350 square feet and is equipped with table and chairs for eating outdoors. The view of the gardens and countryside is beautiful from here. Also on this level are 4 queen bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub, and 1 bathroom with shower only.
VILLA PRECIOSA:
In the heart of the beautiful and enchanting Tuscan landscape lies a charmingly restored villa to rent with its very own patron saint; Saint Stefano. The Chapel of Santo Stefano is connected to Villa Santo and offers its support and guidance for those so inclined. Comprising of three floors, the property is enriched with superb views of the rolling hillside, a lovely private garden and a refreshing pool (open from May 1 to September 30). For relaxing with a good book or dining outside Al Fresco, there is a large patio equipped with table and chairs. Nearby is the village of Monteroni d\'Arbia offering a variety of shops, markets, banks, restaurants and cafes.
The ground floor of Villa Santo offers a comfortable living room with TV and a half-bath with washing machine. The well equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and traditional Italian wood oven. There is also a room with a French bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. The first floor is comprised of six pleasant bedrooms, three queen beds and three with twin beds. For sharing there are three bathrooms with shower. The second floor, or attic, has a single bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub. Rental prices include a final cleaning, a baby cot and babysitting services. Chef services are available upon request and there is an additional cleaning fee of 50 Euros for pets.
