The nearby annex houses the third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, and external shower.
The excellent location of Ionian Haven - just a few minutes\' drive away from Syracuse\'s historic center - is also convenient for visiting Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, the nature reserves of Pantalica and Vendicari, the sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche.
