Villa Rose is one of our newest additions and so, so charming! The villa can accommodate up to 16. Roses, lavender, cypress trees, olive trees, oleanders and wisteria accent the beautiful garden where most guests spend their days lazing beside the pool with its pool house and the the private tennis court.
The interior of Villa Rose has been carefully planned out with open living spaces that seem to flow from one end to the other. The natural light that comes through the ceiling windows always gives Villa Rose a cheerful feel.
Guests also benefit from a daily cleaning, concierge and it is also possible to hire a chef to prepare your meals.
The location of Villa Rose is perfect for visiting so many interesting places from Carcassonne to Toulouse.
Ground floor
The living space in the main house runs the full length of the villa with glass roof window letting the light in at the center, it runs from the open plan, professional kitchen and the fumoir cinema space to the bar and sitting area by the fireplace. In winter, the house has three roaring open fires and under-floor heating.
The ground floor and garden wing have direct access to the gardens, pool, courtyard, and tennis court. The covered courtyard by the rose garden has an 18th century fireplace and offers sheltered dining al fresco.
The garden wing has a less formal sitting area and can be used as a game room or quiet place to get away from the crowd.
First Floor
There are 4 bedrooms with beamed ceiling and en-suite marble bathrooms. Two have baths and all have walk-in showers. The bedrooms are situated around an atrium, from which the staircase sweeps to the main floor living space.
The other two bedrooms are in the garden wing. All bedrooms have satellite television and DVD players. From every window and terrace, the property offers fantastic views of the countryside around.
Separate apartment
Two bedrooms for extra guests or staff. One bedroom is a double and one has two single beds. There is also a kitchenette and a shower room.
Pool & Garden
The pool is 15 meters long and has an electric cover. There is a beautifully landscaped garden and all-weather tennis court.
Staff
3 hours maid cleaning per day included. Additional hours on request. Cook available on request (cost is 225 euros per day+ cost of ingredients)
