COTTAGE:
Ground Floor - Two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, two guest cloakrooms, compact well-equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave), large sitting/dining room with open fireplace, reading and games area. Indoor pool (7m x 3.5m, 1m to 1.5m deep) with patio doors surrounding and overlooking the gardens.
Upper floor - Four twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and views over woodlands.
OUTSIDE: Large sun terrace with views over the estate, built-in barbecue, private tennis court, table football and inflatable toys for the pool.
GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, central heating, washing machine, pool heating available (extra cost), cleaning twice a week, bed and bath linen included.
