Situated just 12 miles from the vibrant Intra city, this opulent retreat spans 750 m² and features 9 bedrooms and 8 baths. Guests can play golf or explore the many hiking trails in the area. Just 12 kilometres distant, the quaint city of Intra entices with its posh stores, excellent dining options, and lively weekly market. Intra, which is well situated in the centre of Lake Maggiore, is an ideal starting point for ferry trips that unveil the lake's magical treasures. Originally built in the 1930s and expertly refurbished in 2016, the villa harmoniously blends classic Italian beauty with modern facilities. Villa Fiore, which is surrounded by vast grounds, provides stunning views of the lake and the snow-capped peaks of Monte Rosa. The beautiful yard has a tranquil relaxation deck and a 10 x 4 m infinity heated pool (unfenced) that may be reached by 40 stairs.
There are big windows and a French door that leads straight to the garden on the lower ground floor. There is a double bedroom with a separate shower room, as well as a fitness centre, sauna, jacuzzi and laundry room. There are also two showers in another bathroom. If visitors would like not to use the stairs to go to the living room and kitchen, they can go out the exercise room, past the garden, and then take the study room, which is just two steps away, to the ground level.
A bright living area with two sofas and a stylish fireplace greets guests on the ground level. This area opens to the main terrace, which is 63 square metres and has amazing views. It is furnished with outdoor furniture and has a WI-FI music system speaker. There is seating for 12 people in the formal dining area next door. A contemporary kitchen opens to a patio that is furnished for grilling and outdoor eating. There is a study and a bathroom on this floor as well. For private gatherings, there's Sat TV, a screen, a projector, and a whiteboard accessible.
There are four bedrooms and a large master bedroom with a double bed, a terrace, and a private bathroom with a bathtub await guests as they ascend 24 stairs. There are also two twin bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains with a private ensuite bathroom. There's a nice balcony that these two bedrooms share access to. This floor also has a double bedroom and another bathroom with a shower. 24 steps lead to the attic floor, which has two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms in addition to two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a double shower).
