Description

Apartment Prati is located on Via Luigi Settembrini, in a prestigious building in Liberty Style of the early 20th century. There is a doorman in the building, and an elevator that will take you up to the first level. Getting around the city is easy as the metro stop A Lepanto is right around the corner. This large apartment can sleep up to 14 guests in five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The elegant features that define the space were carefully preserved during the recent remodel, including the large wooden doors and the antique flooring from the early 1920\'s. It is within this context that the furniture has been chosen with great care, preferring modern materials together with vintage pieces, such as the great blue wall lamps that illuminate the living room side by side with modern technologies, such as the spotlights, the LED TV, and a DVD Blu-Ray player. The result is a spacious and bright apartment where a classic structure and modern style are joined in harmony. The large space of about 200 square metres is composed of an ample living room with sofas, a 40-inch LED TV with a Sky Cinema subscription, and a big dining table large enough to accommodate the whole group.

The kitchen is located next to the lounge area and completely furnished with a fridge/feezer, dishwasher, washing machine, classic oven, stove, and a microwave. A hallway illuminated by LED spotlights leads to the five bedrooms. One of them is furnished with a double bed, another with two single beds, and three are triple bedrooms (each with a double and a single bed). Three of the bedrooms are also furnished with 32-inch LED TV\'s.

The apartment is completed by three bathrooms, two of which are fitted with a shower; the third one (the ensuite bathroom accessible through one of the triple bedrooms) with a bathtub.

All five bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi connection, a DVD player, and a stereo system are also provided. It is possible to prepare an additional single folding bed to offer space for 14 persons in total.

We stayed here with 7 adults and 5 children, and this apartment totally worked for us. It was well equiped and spacious enough for everyone. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, which is very nice. There was a person there for check in and check-out, which is a process that we had never encountered before, but it wasn\'t too troublesome. There could have been dishwasher soap provided and maybe some more towels, but these are just small things. The location is rather convenient, even though it is not direclty in the center of Rome. The taxi stand is VERY closeby and really useful. Overall, I would recommend this apartment. September 2019

Great apartment which has everything you need to give you a pleasant stay here in Rome. Nice quiet place, but city is easily reached by metro or bus. October 2019
