Description
Luxury apartment in the heart of Rome just 2 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Elegance and class characterize this apartment, where I lived with my family until 2011.
The apartment is furnished with period furniture and paintings from my family of Apulian and Sardinian origins.
The entrance leads to a corridor which, going to the right, leads to the large living room equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining area, illuminated by large windows overlooking Palazzo Torlonia and via Bocca di Leone.
Heading to the left is the second large bedroom in Pompeii style characterized by red painted walls.
Continuing along the corridor there is a bathroom furnished with precious cream-colored marble and equipped with a shower. Next is the spacious kitchen characterized by a large window and equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. Behind the kitchen is a large bathroom in white mosaic divided into two areas: toilet and sink on one side and large shower and more sinks on the other. Continuing along the corridor is the smaller bedroom equipped with a single bed and a mezzanine bed and a half ('queen'). At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with an 'ensuite' bathroom. The room, bright and quiet, is equipped with a large white built-in wardrobe and the window leads to a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. The cream marble ensuite bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, bidet, WC and bath with shower. The third double bedroom, on the other hand, overlooks via Bocca di Leone and is accessed from the entrance. The bedroom enjoys a wonderful view over the rooftops and has its own ensuite bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts including: Sky satellite TV, DVD, telephone, hairdryer in each bathroom, air conditioning, central heating, WIFI internet connection; various soaps and condiments in the kitchen; weekly cleaning service.
The building has an elevator and a large internal courtyard.
The apartments are managed by the owner who personally takes care of welcoming guests, taking care of all the details during each stay.
