Apartment Arches is situated in the ancient and charming hamlet of Alessano, not far from Santa Maria di Leuca and from the picturesque seaside village of Marina di Novaglie, Once a palace, Apartment Arches is a 16th century building with swimming pool which has been entirely renovated, making it an enchanting residence. The main entrance which is baroque style, leadsnto a tiny beautiful street in the historic center of Alessano.
The Palace is divided into 5 apartments situated on both the ground floor and the first floor, and can be rented out as a whole, or as single units. There are several areas in common, which have been decorated as if they were living corners of one single house. Each apartment has its own independent access, allowing for maximum privacy.
Upon entering the main door to the palace, you are lead into a bright cloister which leads into a vast and bright area with several balconies and terraces, finely decorated with sculptures in \"Pietra Leccese\" (building material typical of Salento). On the right-hand side, a stone staircase leads up to the apartments on the first floor; while on the left-hand side a corridor makes way first to the apartments on the ground floor, to then end up in the beautiful courtyard with swimming pool, which is available for the use of all guests.
There are two independent entrances (one from the cloister and the other from the tiny street onto which the palace has its main access). Apartment Arches includes 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room made up of two areas: a large sitting room with dining table and sofas from which a beautiful medieval archway opens to the second area featuring a kitchen corner (fridge, stove and microwave) and two single beds. The room layout and the absence of inner doors make this apartment ideal for families with children.
The property\'s décor features valuable antiques, paintings, Persian carpets, and objects of art belonging to the Owner\'s private collection.
Amenities: shared swimming pool (3m * 9m * 1,7m) with 8 sunbeds, 1 outdoor shower hot water, air conditioning in all rooms (with the exception of the bathrooms), heat pump heating system, Wi-Fi in the common areas, laundry at the common use of all guests available on request, microwave, flat screen TV.
The weekly rates include water and gas consumption, bed and bathroom linen. Electricity is not included and is to be paid according to use. Final cleaning fee to be set aside, € 50,00.
