It is a 2-hectare property with a 700-square-meter 19th-century Provençal Mas that has been completely renovated and air-conditioned. It has 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, as well as an independent guest house. A wheelchair-accessible bedroom and bathroom are available in the villa.
The villa is set in a wooded park on the banks of the Sorgue River. This environment is enhanced by a 17x5m heated swimming pool with pool house and sauna, pétanque court, children's play area, and giant chess sets.
L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, also known as the Comtadine Venice, is a charming little town in Vaucluse. It's a pleasure to stroll along the Sorgue, past antique shops and art galleries lining the canals with their peaceful courtyards. The river's waterwheels add a unique character to this lovely Provence town.
Take the time to explore L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue's architectural heritage as well. Wander the winding streets and admire the mansions and Renaissance houses, or visit the Notre-Dame-des-Anges collegiate church, which combines southern Gothic and baroque styles. Then proceed to the city's emblem, the Silver Tower, which dates back to the 12th century.
If you are interested in antiques, the famous flea market held at Easter should pique your interest. Strolling through the aisles of the particularly colourful and lively market, which takes place every Thursday and Sunday morning, is also a must.
