Villa Scicli is a splendid villa in the countryside near Scicli, an enchanting, ancient baroque town designated as an UNESCO world heritage site. The property offers a private swimming pool in a quiet, sunny and bucolic setting. Blending in perfectly with the surrounding agricultural scenery, the villa overlooks a well-kept garden with a beautiful swimming pool (open from April 1 - Oct 31), and spacious, sunny terraces, all framed by characteristic dry-stone walls. Guests are also welcome to use a private tennis court and an exclusive wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, whirlpool bath and multi-sensory shower. Despite its traditional exterior, the property’s interior is contemporary as illustrated with its use of space and minimalist style. The villa includes four comfortable bedrooms, five bathrooms, a large, bright living room with a kitchen and dining area, and a sitting/entertaining room with a bar. Ideal for large families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday, the villa offers a perfect base from which to explore the nearby baroque towns of Ragusa-Ibla, Modica, Noto and Syracuse in the Val di Noto, and the evocative fishing villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata and Punta Secca (renowned for their golden sandy beaches).
On the ground floor of Villa Scicli is a large living room with well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster), dining area seating 10 guests, one double bedroom with single sofa bed and bathroom/tub, and laundry room. The first floor consists of a sitting/entertaining room with bar, one double bedroom with bathroom/shower, and terrace. On the second floor is a double bedroom with bathroom/tub, and another double bedroom with single sofa bed and ensuite bathroom/tub.
