This beautiful 17th century villa was completely renovated in 2012. Villa Vacciago\'s features include stunning 17th century architectural elements such as large fireplaces, coffered ceilings, wood flooring, and marble bathrooms. Situated in the charming baroque village of Vacciago on Lake Orta, this villa provides the perfect escape from the daily chaos of modern life.
*Villa Vacciago prefers to have children over 10 years of age or small infants (not walking) as there are many valuables and stairs in the villa. A crib can be supplied upon request.
The entrance courtyard to the villa includes a romantic garden with a lively fountain, ancient well, and a dining table with chairs for eight guests. Once inside, there is a study with computer, printer/scanner/copier and fax machine, an elegant dining room with seating for eight guests, a fully-equipped modern kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, American coffee machine), guest toilet, and a small Spa with indoor (heated) pool with waterfall, two showers, toilet, and a Turkish bath. The first floor offers a spacious living room (with fireplace, sofa, armchairs, TV, DVD/CD player) and coffered ceiling, a guest bathroom, and two (connecting) double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor is a library with gorgeous views of the lake and the island of San Giulio, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
All the bedrooms feature hypoallergenic bedding, flat screen Satellite TV, iPod/iPhone/iPad docking audio system, towels, hairdryer, and courtesy kit.
Included in the rental price: Internet, final cleaning, electricity, gardener and pool maintenance twice weekly, maid service twice weekly, use of Turkish Bath 1hr/day
