Mas Charmant is situated in a privileged location at the heart of the Ancient Quarter, facing the Alpilles in an extremely beautiful, natural landscape.
The construction of the villa was completed in June 1995.
The farmhouse combines traditional Provence building techniques and modern equipment with the warmth of Louis Philippe and regional furniture. With over 430 square meters, guests will feel at home and very comfortable.
The interior decor, notably the \"Les Olivades\" hangings made of Provence fabric, provides high-quality living.

The ground floor is comprised of an entrance hall leading into a lounge with vaulted ceilings and stone fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room along with a powder room, laundry room, store room and family room. There is also an extra room (study) that can be converted in a bedroom with its double sofa bed.

On the second floor there are 4 en-suite bedrooms which each have a lounge area with dressing room. Beds in these four bedrooms are queens. All toilets are separate from bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning, telephones and TVs.

Guests will enjoy the swimming pool and terraced area around the pool and the beautiful garden with views of the Alpilles. There is also a ping pong table for your enjoyment. There is a caretaker who will take care of the pool and garden area. You can eat outside under the covered terrace where you will also find a barbeque. This is an ideal location to relax and enjoy family and friends!
